Clayco provided design-build services for a 27,724-square-foot surgery center connected to the existing Mercy Hospital. The project created a new main entrance for the entire hospital complex, expanded the hospital’s capacity from five operating rooms to 10, and allows for up to six floors to be added above the single-story surgery center. Construction was completed a month early and without interrupting hospital operations.
