The scope of the project includes three industrial, tilt-up buildings along with sitework, a drainage channel, landscaping and offsite road improvement.

Clayco completed phase one of construction on the Elliot Tech Center. This state-of-the-art industrial/distribution mixed-use employment center was designed to accommodate a variety of tenants. This is the first of three phases of this 65-acre industrial development. Upon completion, the project will total eight industrial buildings with over 868 million square feet of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, and five retail pads.
