Altogether, the projects total over 700,000 square feet. Individually the spec buildings will be 139,364 square feet, 198,869 square feet, and 353,655 square feet. Situated just north of the Mesa Gateway airport, the project included the development of the entire site campus with the potential for nine total buildings, a future retail area, and a built-to-suit development.
Our Mesa Gateway 202 project successfully completed the ADOSH (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program inspection in November 2022 and our team received our official ADOSH VPP flag and certification for being ADOSH VPP partners. Our project is one of only 64 sites in Arizona to fly the ADOSH flag.
