This facility includes a total of six full-length tractor-trailer service bays, two tractor-only service bays, a tractor alignment pit, two separate lube pits, an under-slab storage room, motor oil and parts storage rooms, a small tractor wash, a tractor-trailer wash and offices.

Clayco completed construction of a fast-track project for Metro Truck and Trailer in Granite City, Illinois. The ideal location and many special features of this maintenance facility allow for the easy truck repair and driver hospitality.

The approximately $2.9 million design-build structure is a two-story steel frame facility. It includes a total of six full-length tractor-trailer service bays, two tractor-only service bays, a tractor alignment pit, two separate lube pits, an under-slab storage room, motor oil and parts storage rooms, a small tractor wash, a tractor-trailer wash and offices. The service bays have 24-foot clear-height ceilings. The facility also includes showers and laundry services for drivers.

This is the sixth project Clayco has completed for Buske Lines Inc. Other projects include a 360,00-square-foot facility in Edwardsville, Illinois, a 301,000-square-foot regional distribution center in Detroit, a 212,000-square-foot facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas, a 250,000-square-foot facility in St. Louis, and a 165,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Madison County, Illinois.
