Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School retained Clayco to provide construction management services for its new campus master plan and improvements. Clayco completed the projects in three phases – MICDS’ new administration/classroom building, Olson Hall; a new indoor athletic complex, the McDonnell Athletic Center; and extensive renovations to existing classroom buildings, parking lots and athletic fields.

Clayco completed the first phase – Olson Hall, a classically styled, two-story academic and administrative building. The 36,000-square-foot building includes 20 classrooms, the campus bookstore, and four administrative areas with 18 offices.
