Clayco completed a 534,600-square-foot manufacturing facility for Daimler Chrysler in Fenton, Missouri. The facility includes 28-foot clear-height ceilings, intermodal capabilities, a fiber optic spine, a diesel-powered backup electrical system, advanced ventilation and ESFR sprinkler systems, and super-flat concrete floors.

The 30.8-acre development hosts 1,800 linear feet of rail and two rail spurs – one interior and one exterior. The building is connected by interior roadway and rail to the Daimler Chrysler vehicle assembly complex. The park is tenanted exclusively by suppliers of the auto maker.
