Clayco completed a 108,000-square-foot speculative office and warehouse for Nicolson, Porter & List Inc. (NPL). Located in the Remington Lakes Business Park in Bolingbrook, Illinois, the project was completed in less than seven months.

Clayco served as design-builder for the one-story, multi-tenant speculative building. The facility is adaptable for warehouse and office space, with spaces from 25,000 square feet to the entire 108,000 square feet available. Constructed of precast concrete and steel, the structure features 28-foot clear heights, 10 docks initially with up to 20 possible, two drive-in doors and wide bay spacing.

Clayco provided turnkey delivery of the facility, beginning with assistance in site due diligence prior to the land purchase.
