The scope of this project includes two spec buildings totaling over 2 million square feet. Building 1 was finished in June of 2023 and Building 2 finished in early 2024. These projects pursued LEED certification.

North Vegas Logistics Center is strategically positioned adjacent to I-15, a key factor in NorthPoint Development’s decision to build at the Apex Industrial Park. With access to over 77 million people within a one-day truck drive, the development provides a unique opportunity for users to expand their distribution and logistics capabilities from one central location.

Groundbreaking
