This project is a redevelopment of the old Republic Steel mill which was transformed into one of the largest industrial developments in Chicago in nearly two decades.

The newly forged 299,057-square-foot Commerce Park Chicago building includes 36-foot clear heights with 28 loading dock positions and two drive-in doors. Developed by NorthPoint Development, this project reached completion at the start of 2022.
