Northwest Mailing Service, Inc.
The project includes a new shipping dock area with nine new truck bays.
Clayco transformed a 1950’s-era manufacturing plant into a state-of-the-art direct mail laser-printing and finishing facility for Northwest Mailing Service. The 141,000-square-foot facility connects to the existing Northwest Mailing plant with a 30-foot wide, 170-foot long structure suitable for product deliveries via forklifts. The project also included a new shipping dock area with nine new truck bays, a complete retrofitting of all major building systems and a 6-inch concrete overlay on the plant floor to stabilize and level the floor for heavy equipment.
