Clayco completed Office Depot’s Arlington, Texas, warehouse in under 100 days. Office Depot needed the facility ready to meet customer demand for the fourth quarter. Clayco and developer Trammell Crow Company collaborated with Cannon Design to design the project in 10 days.

Office Depot’s warehouse is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels in two shades of gray with red accent stripes at the roofline. Dark gray glass panels mark the canopied entry. The interior includes 5,450 square feet of office space and a 257,050-square-foot warehouse and distribution space that allows for 400,000 square feet of expansion. The warehouse features high-density storage racks, 85 dock doors, an advanced engineered fire protection system and an early suppression sprinkler system.
