Clayco constructed a complete interior build-out of a new 114,000-square-foot regional distribution center and 15,000-square-foot, high-end office space for OfficeMax. Located in the Stapleton Business Center in Denver, the warehouse features refinished floors, new lighting, new warehouse offices, new dock equipment and a new rack and conveyor system.

The office build-out houses OfficeMax staff and the Workplace group. Additional office space with upgraded electrical and HVAC services house the CopyMax division.

The regional distribution center and office includes a new patio, landscaping, a parking lot designed to accommodate 107 vehicles and punched windows on the north side of the building.
