Clayco completed design-build work on a $5.8 million, 131,000-square-foot manufacturing, distribution and office facility for Packaging Concepts, Inc. Completed in just seven months, the new Packaging Concepts, Inc. facility in south St. Louis County is used to design, print, and distribute popcorn bags.
Located at Greenpark Commerce Center, near Interstate 55 and Lindbergh Boulevard, the single-story design-build facility with a mezzanine was constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and a structural steel frame. The Sansone Group served as developer for the property and acted as the project facilitator for the owners.

The turnkey design-build project provided Packaging Concepts with a contemporary building and state-of-the-art operations that offer opportunities for increased production and ease of distribution.
