Clayco completed construction on a 75,000-square-foot speculative building located in the new Park 370 Tech Center. Developed by Maune Development Co., this building is the first in the new center. The office and warehouse building provides space for multiple tenants, with spaces ranging from 11,000 square feet to the complete building. The building features dock-high loading capabilities, 24-foot clear heights and a wet sprinkler system.
