Clayco was the design-builder on the PreFlight parking structure in Phoenix, Arizona. This new, 3-level, precast parking structure and surface parking reconfiguration accommodates 2,176 vehicles. All work was performed while keeping the existing parking facility in operation.

The structure is also equipped with cutting-edge lighting technology, boosting cost-saving energy efficiency while ensuring a well-lit facility at night.
