Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative provided design-build services for this 1 million-square-foot speculative warehouse for Venture One and USAA. Despite delays with weather and municipality approval progress, the overall building structure / site was completed in under six months. The building is comprised of precast concrete panels with structural steel columns, joist and deck, a 60 Mil EPDM Ballasted roof, and an interior 7” ductilcrete slab on grade. Other highlights include 40-foot building clear height, storefront glazing and clerestory windows, 100 dock positions and doors, motion and daylight-sensing LED light fixtures.

This new facility on the Crossroads 55 site is a 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse project including site utilities, site paving and associated TI work.
