Clayco’s Project Dolphin won the Industrial Building Project of the Year at the Chicago Building Congress Merit Award ceremony! The Merit Awards have celebrated the building industry since 1956 by singling out the outstanding projects in greater Chicagoland, and we’re honored to have our project selected for its LEED Platinum and sustainability attributes.

Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were the design-build team on this industrial material handling facility.

This project is a 350,000-square-foot industrial facility located in Cherry Valley, Illinois. Construction began in September 2022 and was completed a year later in September 2023. Upon completion, the project was awarded LEED Platinum certification.
