Clayco was selected to serve as the design-builder on this project for Resolute Forest Products Inc. new 310,000-square-foot expandable distribution center. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project and CRG is the developer. The center will handle the robust growth of its tissue products division in Calhoun, Tennessee. Expandable by 550,000 square feet, the facility will serve as the main distribution center for the manufacturer’s logistic chain.

This is Clayco’s latest project in the region. It recently completed a 850,000-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center.
