Clayco completed construction on RollingRidge Medical Center, a medical office building in Naperville, Illinois. Located at 2940 RollingRidge, the 40,000-square-foot facility was design-built using a technique in which brick is set into precast concrete panels. The exterior features an aluminum panel entrance canopy and an ornamental staircase and skylight, accented by punched windows trimmed with limestone lintels and sills. The three-story medical office building includes a pharmacy and radiology center on the first floor and doctor suites on all three floors, as well as offering on-site radiology and MRI services.
