Clayco was asked by First Industrial Realty Trust to provide RTS with a facility where it could store and distribute engines to General Motors. One unique feature of the facility is that it contains an internal rail service along the back length of the facility. The facility was provided with heating and cooling for a total year-round temperature-controlled environment. A small office is located on one corner of this load bearing tilt-up concrete structure and presents a well-defined architectural entry point near the vehicular access entry.
