Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were the design-build team awarded with this 293,000-square-foot cold storage building for Saxum Development.

The building is insulated by metal panels with a Transcritical Co2 refrigeration system. Clayco broke ground on this project in Q4 of 2024 and is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.
