Clayco completed a $7.7 million expansion of Sears Logistics, Inc.’s distribution center in Diversitech Industrial Park in Manteno, Illinois. The 300,000-square-foot expansion increased the total size of the facility to 1.3 million square feet.

Completed in 1996, the single-level addition is constructed of insulated precast wall panels over a conventional metal deck and bar joist framing system. The facility features 35-foot ceilings, advanced lighting and HVAC systems and an ESFR sprinkler system. The expansion added 79 loading and receiving docks to the facility.
