The masonry structure devotes 100,000 square feet to manufacturing and processing space which houses injection molding machines and other manufacturing equipment; 9,000 square feet is used as office space.

The exterior of the building features a combination of masonry and horizontal architectural panels, which yield a sleek European look. At the office zone, the exterior displays horizontal glass and aluminum decorative shading devices.
