Clayco completed Shorehaven at Tempe Town Lake, a 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona, featuring three residential towers, 724 units, three levels of subterranean parking, podium amenities, and retail space.
Located along the banks of Tempe Town Lake near Arizona State University’s main campus, Shorehaven introduced a new waterfront living experience to the Phoenix Valley. The development combines green spaces and lush gardens with the surrounding desert landscape, offering residents expansive views and a variety of lifestyle amenities.
Designed to create a vibrant residential community, Shorehaven features condominium-quality finishes, fitness centers, spas, and pools. Residents also have convenient access to waterfront recreation and entertainment, including the South Pier Isle Entertainment District.
Shorehaven represents a significant addition to Tempe’s evolving waterfront, bringing together residential living, outdoor spaces, and modern amenities in a destination designed to connect people with the surrounding community.
