Clayco completed a 15,000-square-foot, design-build Urgent Care and Medical Office Center for St. Luke’s Hospital in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
The facility provides medical services for the general public, as well as housing a endocrinology treatment specialist. The facility features on-site x-ray services and extended business hours for convenience to the community. The walk-in clinic also features exam and procedure rooms, office space and support areas.
The facility was completed in five months due to the use of steel, light gauge framing, and traditional exterior skin components. The project team, including architectural firm The Lawrence Group, overcame many challenges ranging from weather delays to tight site conditions in order to produce a high quality building without interfering with St. Luke’s business and care for patients.
