St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital provides medical and therapy services for patients requiring inpatient physical rehabilitation and allows St. Louis area communities access to superior medical and rehabilitative care.

In joint venture with RehabCare Group Inc. and St. Luke’s Hospital, Clayco completed a 29,000-square-foot Rehabilitation Hospital in west St. Louis County, Missouri. St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital provides medical and therapy services for patients requiring inpatient physical rehabilitation and allows St. Louis area communities access to superior medical and rehabilitative care.

The 34-bed building features 24 private and five semi-private suites, an occupational and physical therapy gym, exam rooms, office space, a dining room, a support area, and a formal entrance and lobby. Clayco used a less traditional wood-framing method to save on cost and time for the client. With the wood-framing method, Clayco’s project team constructed the frame walls at an off-site location, preserving on-site assembly time.
