Clayco completed a 164,000-square-foot building that replaced the company’s existing headquarters in Milwaukee. Stella & Chewy’s is an all-natural pet products manufacturer dedicated to improving the health of our dogs and cats. The facility is a freezer/cooler building with production, packaging, research and development lab, and distribution space. The new headquarters features 23,700 square feet of administrative offices.
