A fire at Sweetheart Cup’s existing plant in North Andover, Massachusetts, accelerated Clayco’s already aggressive time frame on turning a 30-year-old, 250,000-square-foot vacant plastics plant into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The first phase involved the warehouse portion of the project, totaling 100,000 square feet. The company’s printing division moved into the 15,000-square-foot second phase and Clayco then completed the third and final phase.
