This project’s attention to detail carries throughout the interior space to create a pleasant work environment for the employees and a wonderful experience for visitors.

The team approach works best when all members share a common philosophy. Quality and design excellence is easily evident when walking through the Tetra Plastics office complex. Tetra Plastics, a subsidiary of NIKE, Inc., insisted on a high quality interior design for their office space, while at the same time, controlling a reasonable budget. Clayco provided the necessary leadership to satisfy and exceed these clients expectations.

The utilization of simple materials such as, white maple wood paneling and trim, patterned glass, black tile floors and well positioned decorative lighting, has created a warm and rich lobby that makes any visitor feel welcomed and comfortable. The attention to detail carries throughout the interior space to create a pleasant work environment for the employees and a wonderful experience for visitors.

The total project consisted of 222,000 square feet and included a manufacturing component, which was carefully positioned to interact with the office functions.
