Clayco is the design-builder for the The Cubes at Inland 85 in Duncan, South Carolina. Phase 1 includes a 500,280-square-foot speculative warehouse center expandable to 1,186,680 square feet, which was available for occupancy in Q4 2018.

The site is located adjacent to BMW U.S. Headquarters and in the vicinity Michelin North America.

The expandable 500,280-square-foot warehouse includes 36’ clear height, ample trailer storage and car parks associated with the new state-of-the-art distribution theme built throughout the country.

CRG is the developer and Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project.

Beyond These Walls

Awesome work from our Cubes at Inland 85 project team in Duncan, South Carolina. They collected toys for 550 local children in need. We are proud of our Clayco and CRG crews for working hard and embodying our Beyond These Walls philosophy.

Our Inland 85 Project in Duncan, South Carolina, celebrated 100 Days Injury Free. A safety lunch and prize raffle was held as a thank you for all their hard work and dedication to safety.
