The Cubes at York is the 7th industrial park of “The Cubes” brand.

Clayco is the design-builder for The Cubes at York, a 311,920-square-foot speculative industrial distribution warehouse in the York submarket of Central Pennsylvania. The 29-acre site is central to the I-81/I-78 Industrial Corridor.
“As we looked for opportunities to increase CRG’s footprint in this region, this particular site was of particular interest because it is integral to the prolific I-81 industrial corridor that is already an established center for retailers, consumer products companies and third-party logistics firms in the Eastern United States,”said CRG’s Northeast Region Senior Vice President and Partner Frank Petkunas.
The Cubes at York is the seventh industrial park of “The Cubes” brand, owned and developed by CRG in North America. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is serving as the project’s the architect. Construction is expected to begin Q4 2019.
CRG is also currently developing The Cubes at Lehigh Valley, a 450,000-square-foot industrial building in Lehigh Valley, which is 60 miles west of the Port of Newark in East Allen Township, Pennsylvania.
