Touch of Class Catalogs selected Clayco to build its new 312,984-square-foot distribution facility and call center.

Touch of Class Catalogs, which specializes in catalog and online sales of furnishings for the home and office by some of America’s leading manufactures, will utilize the new facility for office and call center space, a photography studio and product distribution. More than 250 employees have moved into the new facility.

The concrete panel tilt-up construction features over 6,500 square feet of glass at the entrance and exterior offices of the call center. The building will accommodate up to 600,000 square feet of warehouse expansion and 18,150 square feet of office space.
