Clayco integrated an underground power feed system to service all of Triumph’s equipment. This fast track project was executed in five months, including design.
Clayco was selected to design and build a 350,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Triumph Aerospace, which will fabricate landing gear for the Airbus family of planes. The facility includes 32’ clear space, temperature and humidity specific HVAC systems, upgraded electrical systems, and compressed air system. Clayco integrated an underground power feed system to service all of Triumph’s equipment, and also designed and built a foundation and trench system to support the manufacturing equipment. Portions of the floor are treated with a colored shake on hardener to improve the interior manufacturing space. This fast-track project was executed in 5 months, including design. Concrete Strategies performed turnkey concrete foundations, slab on grade, tilt up, and site paving.
