Today, the former GM St. Louis Assembly plant is home to numerous office, warehouse and distribution tenants and new facilities have been constructed by Pepsi-Cola, Smurfit-Stone, OKI-Bering, MFR Tire, United Rentals, Save-A-Lot and many others. Total investment in the Union Seventy Center exceeds $110 million.
