Clayco served as the construction manager for the Bousfield Residence Hall E & G project, which was the third phase of the University of Illinois “Six Pack” Residence Hall Replacement Project. The 450-bed, 180,000-square-foot residence hall addresses the needs of the second year students at the University. The six-story building is located just north of the Memorial Football Stadium and includes double and single suite units. These units feature a high level of privacy for the students. This residence hall meets LEED Platinum specifications of the U.S. Green Building Council.
