Vatterott offers a diversified range of diploma programs, associate degrees and bachelor degrees in advanced trade industries and computer technology, serving more than 9,000 students annually on 16 campuses across eight mid-western states. The college is owned by Wellspring Capital Management.

The two-story, 90,000-square-foot building serves as the corporate headquarters as well as housing classrooms.
