Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were selected as the design-build team for this 409,550-square-foot corrugated box plant in Longview, Washington.

Located just outside of the Vancouver, Washington metropolitan area, this marks the first collaboration between Clayco and WestRock. This packaging plant enables Westrock’s regional team to serve their customers better, with a manufacturing facility that provides new capabilities and efficiencies.

Developed by JB2 Partners and owned by an investment fund managed by ElmTree Funds, the building hosts a WestRock corrugated manufacturing facility, which created approximately 40 jobs in Longview, Washington when production began in the Fall of 2023.

Groundbreaking

Clayco celebrated the groundbreaking of WestRock’s new plant in Longview, Washington. This new building will host WestRock’s corrugated manufacturing operation and marks the first collaboration between Clayco and WestRock.
