Clayco has completed a 98,000-square-foot distribution center and office structure for Young Innovations Inc. in Algonquin, Illinois. Clayco acted as design-builder for the new Algonquin Corporate Campus, which has Young Innovations as its main tenant. The center includes 82,000 square feet of distribution space, which houses dentistry materials, and also includes 16,000 square feet of high-end office space. Clayco has completed an 11,100-square-foot addition of new office and storage space for Young Innovations Inc. The project included adding new storefront glass to the existing, single-story facility.
