Clayco provided construction services for this 856,605-square-foot Amazon warehouse distribution center with Mezzanines totaling 2,396,751 square feet in Kansas City, Kansas.

A TI portion of this project included office finishes, mechanical and electrical work and design-build fire protection components. The facility was delivered in approximately thirteen months.
