Clayco provided construction services for this 1,248,178-square-foot non-sortable distribution center in Dinwiddie, Virginia featuring 148,178 square feet of mezzanine space and 26,000 square feet of office space. The facility includes 110 trailer storage spaces, 71 hydraulic dock positions, 958 employee parking spaces, all on a 65 acre site. Clayco completed the accelerated schedule in just eight months.
