Clayco recently completed an expansion of Eaton Corporation’s warehouse and manufacturing facility in Duncan, South Carolina.
The $5 million project significantly increased the size of the existing facility, adding 127,000 square feet of space to its current 180,000 square feet. With a clear height of 20 feet, the new one-level addition is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB).
The expansion project began in July of 2011, with operations continuing in the current facility during construction. The project was completed in January of 2012.
