The project included infrastructure, a sacrificial roofing system, water-cooled and air-cooled backup chiller and sophisticated fire and security systems with remote monitoring capabilities including early warning detection system (VESDA).

Clayco provided construction management services for this primary data center serving the rapid growth of the IT group for Centene Corporation, a Fortune 1000 health benefits administrator. The facility allows for ease of future facility expansion.

The data center features include N+1 mechanical and electrical systems, isolation bases under all racks and PDUs to minimize impact of seismic events. At full build-out, the racks are capable of over 1,700 kW of power. Sophisticated building management and control systems are fully integrated with the client’s existing corporate building management system.
