This $23M restoration project will take place in 20 phases to fix areas of deterioration, leaking and severe corrosion to the elevated parking structure while remaining functional during construction.
Scope Items Include: Repairs to slabs and joists | Cracks to be routed and sealed | Repairs to post-tensioning system | Failing expansion joints and damaged trench drains removed/replaced | Repairs to waterproofing membrane | Silane sealer applied and painting of new parking stripes/markings | Repairs to steel spandrels
