Pfizer R&D Facility Expansion

Clayco is building an addition and renovation of the original Pfizer Headquarters.

Pfizer once again enlisted the collaborative team of LJC and Clayco as the design-build team to expand its facility in Chesterfield, Missouri. This project is an addition to the 295,000-square-foot Pfizer Headquarters that Clayco completed in 2019 and will add 50,000 square feet to the facility, which will include office and lab space.
