Clayco is building an addition and renovation of the original Pfizer Headquarters.

Pfizer once again enlisted the collaborative team of LJC and Clayco to lead the Pfizer pilot plant design and construction in Chesterfield, Missouri. As experienced biotech pilot plant expansion contractors, Clayco delivered a project that adds 50,000 square feet to the existing 295,000-square-foot Pfizer Headquarters, which was completed in 2019. The expansion includes new office and laboratory spaces designed to support cutting-edge research and development initiatives.

This state-of-the-art facility was built to meet GMP-compliant pilot plant construction standards for biopharma, ensuring that Pfizer’s research and production environments adhere to the highest levels of quality and safety.
