Working together on a third project, Clayco and Procter & Gamble joined forces to expand the P&G West Branch distribution center. Clayco completed the $11 million, 271,508-square-foot expansion without disrupting the existing distribution operation.

Demolition phase included moving 1.5 million cubic yards of dirt.
