Clayco completed the core and shell of Groveport Park 1, a 1,001,344-square-foot speculative warehouse for NorthPoint Development, in just seven months despite a very wet spring and summer in 2015. Located in Groveport, Ohio, the project features 36-foot clear heights, 100 dock positions, four drive-in doors, 70 future dock positions, and 165 trailer parking spaces. The building was constructed using 8-inch insulated precast concrete with a structural bar joist roof system. Clayco also performed tenant finish and HVAC work for the project.
