Clayco recently completed design-build work for USAA Real Estate Co., building out tenant space for Solo Cup at its University Park, Illinois, facility. The existing structure features 30-foot ceilings and additional distribution space completed by Clayco features automatic and central-controlled doors and manual dock equipment and a new battery charging area.
