Clayco provided construction services for this 857,420-square-foot warehouse distribution including 1,457,796-square-foot mezzanine space totaling 2,315,215 square-foot in Cleveland, Ohio.

The structure is made out of tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel, the parking area is made of both asphalt and concrete paving, the roofing material is a mechanically attached TPO roof membrane. A TI portion of this project includes office finishes, mechanical and electrical work and design-build fire protection components.
